Job Description

Sitting in the Global Growth Function, this role leads data science efforts in our commercial and executional analytics space. You’ll work on price elasticity, pack and promo optimisation, and drive automation of commercial insights that inform the frontline.

Key Accountabilities

• Build and deliver predictive models on pricing, promo, distribution, and executional performance
• Deliver PoCs in 6–8 weeks and support transition to Global Business Technology (IT) teams for scale-up
• Partner with commercial teams to turn models into everyday tools
• Oversee internal and agency analysts and translators
• Deliver actionable insights, not just predictive outputs
• Support the development of dashboards and automated signal tracking
• Coach agency data analysts to ensure alignment with business needs

Desired Skills and Background

• 5+ years in commercial analytics, trade or pricing analytics, or field execution
• Experience in an agency, CPG, retail, FMCG or similar environment
• Strong technical foundation (Python, SQL, PySpark, predictive modelling)
• Clear understanding of commercial KPIs and pricing theory
• Excellent business communication skills and stakeholder alignment
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and end-to-end delivery practices
• Degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline
