Job Description:
The role will be responsible to support Digital Marketing Manager in implementing our Perfect Digital Page Strategy CARS (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search) and partner with cross functional teams in multiple layers of the organization and lead own e-com projects.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum qualification: University degree or equivalent and/or experience in similar positions with eMerchandising / Design / Marketing or Sales experience.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and presentation skills (proven ability to analyze and deliver insights from a multitude of data sources & recommend an action plan).
- Great planning, time/stakeholder management skills and flexible work approach to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent editing and proofing skills, proficiency with Internet and suite of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good eCommerce / digital understanding / experience in a brand or retail environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Merchandising Deployment Plan Execution:
- Manage priorities and timelines and clearly define content needs for partnering departments.
- Collaborate with Customer Deployment Teams to deploy all digital assets (hero images, product descriptions, playbook) across key markets and e-commerce partners.
- Provide guidance to Customer Deployment Teams on always-on projects and e-commerce campaign activations in line with the Perfect Digital Page Strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators for programs and report results.
Content Maintenance & Tracking
Existing Portfolio
- Conduct internal (Salsify) and external (e-retailers, websites) audit processes. Implement necessary corrections.
- Support the CARS roll-out with key retailers. Serve as the point of contact for the content updates and optimization.
NPDs
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to ensure information on new products is made available across internal platforms (Salsify) and external channels (e-retailers, websites).
- Create and distribute new content (hero image kits, product descriptions).
- Act as the point of contact for Customer Deployment Teams.
Delivery on JBP aligned Merchandising projects
- Implement shelf optimization and navigation improvements.
- Execute organic search optimization initiatives.
- Manage brand store launches and updates.
- Liaise with Customer Deployment Teams to support retailer social media initiatives.
