At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Field Service Administration Specialist Intern. You will be responsible for ensuring that all validated installation orders are assigned to the appropriate installation partners, overseeing the end-to-end coordination of national deployments.
Your Day-to-Day:
Processing Installation Orders:
Reviewing new installation and aftersales service requests.
Selecting the appropriate Installation Partner (IP) based on requirements.
Placing and managing orders with installation partners.
Installation Coordination:
Updating and maintaining records in Salesforce (SF) and other tracking tools, such as installation progress (planned vs. actual).
Ensuring all necessary data (e.g., vehicle details, tachograph reports) is transferred accurately.
Communicating with installation partners to receive updates and resolve any scheduling issues ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Actively liaising with the Customers for alignment.
Verifying and closing work orders upon confirmation of successful installation.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
High motivation to learn.
