About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Finance Assistant to support our Mobile Cooking sub-segment.
In this role you will be assisting the Finance & Administration Expert. The two of you will form the financial team responsible for finance in Duiven.
You will be responsible for the daily business of the financial team, where the F&A expert will focus on the controlling analyzing and reporting side.
Your main responsibilities
- Processing and paying of the incoming supplier invoices
- Processing bank statements
- Raising invoices to the customers
- Reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables
- Creating and maintaining supplier / customer and material masterdata
- Credit control
- Expense reports and creditcards
- Other administrational tasks
- Support of inside sales and logistics, if necessary

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- MBO-4 level in finance administration by education or experience
- Some experience with finance administration in an international environment is required
- Basic finance administration skills
- Good level of English and Dutch language in wording and writing
- Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office tools
