YOUR MISSION: MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY!
No two days are the same! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via phone, email, and social media with questions about products, orders, delivery times, and warranties. Whether it’s a quick question or a challenging problem, you’ll make sure every customer receives top-quality service.
What you’ll do:
Answer customer questions about products, orders, delivery times, and warranties by phone and email;
Stay calm and friendly, even with an upset customer, you always know how to turn the conversation around and end it on a positive note;
Proactively think about improvements and take ownership where possible;
Provide the best possible service for every customer, every time;
Who are you?
You speak and write fluent English and French;
You’re available 16–24 hours a week or more;
You’re flexible from Monday to Saturday and available for different shifts: 09:00 – 17:30, 12:00 – 20:30, 16:00 – 20:00 (Please note: evening-only availability is not possible);
You’ll join a paid training to prepare you for success;
You’re fine with working from the office, but working from home is also possible;
What we offer:
€14.85 gross per hour, plus additional allowances and 8% holiday pay;
