Your Role in Our Story:
ACT is on a mission to help companies achieve their sustainability goals - empowering them to take action through our market expertise, commercial acumen and innovative digital solutions.
Our entrepreneurial team is 560 people strong across 7 countries, and we're looking for a Global Internal Communications Manager to help us connect them to our purpose, strategy, and each other.
You'll be a business partner to the Executive Board and teams across the globe — setting the internal communications vision, driving the plan, and rolling up your sleeves to make it all happen!

It will best suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and who excels in both strategic thinking and in execution.
The position will be based in our global HQ in Amsterdam

- Manage and optimise channels (intranet, CEO blog, town halls, leadership meetings, etc) with smart, consistent and engaging content.
- Be a business partner to c-suite executives on communications strategy and messaging
- Partner with HR and other functions across the business as needed to create communications plans that support the success of key projects or changes and drive internal engagement.
- Use AI, data and feedback to continuously improve communications.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 8+ years' internal communications experience in an international setting.
- Experience in advising c-suite executives on strategic communications but also hands-on experience as still a lot needs to be built.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal communications strategies.
- Work with visuals to bring messaging across and culturally savvy.
- Able to connect and collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong project management skills.
- Great writing and editing skills in English.
- Tech-savvy and AI-minded — you embrace new tools to work smarter and reach people better, and in engaging ways.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills.
If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
