Steak Club Leidse is looking for a Grill Chef!
We are a New York-inspired Steak Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Amsterdam near Leidseplein. With our delicious menu featuring the best dry-aged meats—such as perfectly grilled Tomahawk steak, côte de boeuf, and juicy burgers—our focus is on delivering an outstanding culinary experience. As a Grill Chef, you’ll play a key role in preparing these exceptional dishes for our guests.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Grilling and preparing high-quality meats to perfection;
- Ensuring the mise-en-place is ready for service;
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP);
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
What do you bring to the table?
- Proven experience with grilling techniques and a passion for working with high-quality meats;
- A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills;
- Familiarity with HACCP principles (a Social Hygiene certificate is a plus);
- The ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- A competitive salary between €14.00 - €20.00 per hour, based on experience and in consultation;

Requirements:
- Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Certification: HACCP certificate (preferred), Social Hygiene (preferred)
