About the Role
As the Group Service Manager, you will own the strategic roadmap and operational excellence of our service functions, ensuring alignment across Tech, Customer Operations, and senior leadership. This is a high-impact position where you will set priorities, manage leaders, and drive continuous improvement in all operational processes. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll partner with department heads to scale capabilities, streamline service delivery, and build a high-performance culture that inspires.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

Define and execute strategic objectives for the Service function.

Align departmental priorities with company-level goals.

Oversee roadmap delivery across multiple service streams.

Act as strategic lead and coach for all Team Leads and Leads across services.

Drive inspirational leadership, role clarity, and capability building.

Ensure hiring plans and capacity align with growth goals.

Operational Leadership
-
Set department-wide standards, processes, and performance expectations.

Allocate resources to meet evolving service demands.

Own end-to-end performance on key objectives and service metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Identify synergies and lead collaboration with Product and Customer Operations.

Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all levels.

Skills & Requirements

8+ years in Operations, preferably with 5+ years in strategy consulting and 3+ years in senior leadership roles within scale-ups.

Highly structured approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Inspirational leadership with the ability to coach others to lead.

Proven track record in defining and delivering strategic objectives.

Strong experience managing multiple teams and direct reports.

Comfortable with roadmap execution, resource planning, and long-term team development.

Demonstrated success in implementing best-in-class operational processes.
