What are you going to do?
As a Guest Relations Manager you are the right person to exceed the expectations of guests. In this position, providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential. You will work closely with all departments in the hotel. Moreover, you develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests. You are also responsible for checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within Minor Hotels. You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel.
What are we looking for?

You get energized by interacting with colleagues and guests from different cultures, you have a positive mindset and an eye for detail;
You speak and write English fluently; a second language is an advantage;
You are used to working on a project basis, and you are used to lead a team in a 5* environment.
