You are
A strategic thinker, you excel in formulating ánd executing Spark Productions' strategic plan with a keen insight into the intricacies of the Production business. Your approach involves anticipating future trends and challenges, analyzing market dynamics, competitor activities, and client preferences. You craft and implement both short- and long-term commercial strategies and budgets.
Our goal is ambitious – to double Spark Productions' revenue within 1.5 years, achieving a threefold revenue growth within 4 years. You look forward to realizing this target although our target group can be challenging. Your strength lies in cultivating and sustaining meaningful relationships with operational excellence. You derive satisfaction from engaging with new clients, orchestrating commercial operations with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Thriving in the dynamic environment of a small agency, you look forward to collaborate closely with the owner to elevate and professionalize the commercial department of Spark Productions.
You offer
As an individual, you have 10+ years of experience in a Sr commercial role in the Fashion or beauty industry. You have a bachelor degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field and a track record of hands-on customer acquisition and network expansion. Your charismatic and inspiring personality is balanced by your ability to maintain composure when needed. Possessing excellent communication skills (English and basic French), and a quick problem-solving ability.
