HR Operations Intern, Benefits Admin

Are you passionate about employee benefits and HR Operations?
For our growing HR Operations team in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Benefits Administrator Intern to support the coordination and management of our group benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more in the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for employee queries
- Partner with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Support benefits processes such as enrollments, terminations, changes, data renewals as required
- Maintain benefits data, support data validation, and generate reports
- Ensure compliance and accurate reporting
- Provide exceptional support and clear communication with employees
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles and process documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience – you must be enrolled in a credited university for the duration of your internship (6 months)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with data
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential, sensitive data, and support multiple projects
Preferred:
- HR or Benefits administration background preferred
- Communication skills in German, French, Polish, Spanish, or Dutch
- Experience with Excel
