As a Recruitment & HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting both the administrative and recruitment functions within a fast-paced HR team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn the foundations of Human Resources while actively contributing to the growth of the team through recruitment support. You’ll divide your time between HR administration and talent acquisition, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist while collaborating closely with the broader HR team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop practical HR skills and play a meaningful part in building a strong and thriving team.
Responsibilities
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, onboarding packs, and policy documents.
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for employees.
Draft and update internal communications and documentation as needed.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Take detailed meeting notes during HR team meetings and assist with follow-ups.
Contribute to process improvement efforts within the HR function.
Recruitment
Post job openings across various platforms and ensure accuracy and consistency in job descriptions.
Screen incoming applications and help schedule interviews in coordination with hiring teams.
Assist in conducting initial candidate outreach and communication.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data and hiring progress.
Help organize recruitment events such as virtual job fairs or employer branding activities.
Conduct market research and sourcing efforts to identify potential candidates for open roles.
Collaborate on refining and implementing recruitment strategies.
What you bring
You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing sensitive information;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders;
Interest in both the people-oriented and operational aspects of HR;
Flexible availability to support recruitment timelines and HR processes.
