Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
The team
The People Systems team supports the HR organization through technology, managing initiatives that range from end-user support for our HRIS (HiBob) to contributing to the broader HR technology roadmap.
The role
As an HR Systems Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of HR technology at Nebius. This position focuses on automation, system enhancement, and project delivery—not just day-to-day support or ad hoc analytics. You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and proactively implement solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience at scale.
You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Your responsibilities will include
- Drive and support automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across HR processes
- Lead and contribute to HR systems projects, including planning, configuration, rollout, and stakeholder communication
- Build a deep understanding of our HRIS (HiBob) and contribute to the design and implementation of new functionalities
- Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization, collaborating with stakeholders to roll out scalable solutions
- Support the adoption and change management of new systems and features, ensuring effective rollout and stakeholder alignment
- Provide limited end-user support and knowledge documentation—with a clear focus on enabling self-service and automation over ticket handling
- Use tools like Confluence and Jira to track project progress and maintain transparent, well-organized documentation
- Partner with internal tech and operations teams to explore integrations and cross-functional process enhancements
We expect you to have:
Must-haves
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations, with a strong focus on HR systems, automation, or process design
- Demonstrated success in automating manual workflows or improving HR systems
- Solid experience with modern HRIS platforms, particularly in relation to the employee lifecycle (HiBob preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested IF statements)
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and documentation tools like Confluence
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exposure to Python, Power Automate, or Apache Airflow for scripting and automation
- Prior experience with HR system rollouts in a global or fast-scaling environment
- Understanding of system integrations and cross-platform workflows
What we offer
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
