About the role:
This is your opportunity to shape our internal employer brand and bring Redcare’s culture to life across teams and locations. In this role, you'll create impactful communication formats that connect people – visually, emotionally, and with a strong sense of storytelling. You'll be part of our HR Development & Culture team and collaborate with international colleagues to design initiatives that strengthen engagement and the employee experience. This part-time position (25h/week) is based onsite in Sevenum or Cologne, with the option of a remote contract within Germany.
This is a parental leave cover role, starting as soon as possible and limited to 2 years.
Job Description
About your tasks:
- Design and produce internal communication assets (visuals, text, short videos) in collaboration with Communications and Brand.
- Create structured presentations and storylines tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Collaborate across departments and countries with varied target groups
- Initiate, lead and implement internal employer branding projects end-to-end.
- Apply forward-thinking and connected thinking to align messages with company culture.
Qualifications
About you:
- You bring 3+ years of experience in employer branding and strong organizational skills.
- You have a sharp eye for visuals and language and enjoy creating content that connects.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1) and at ease in international environments.
- You are confident managing stakeholders at all levels and thrive when driving content and communication projects.
