At LION, you’ll have the chance to truly make an impact. We provide innovative training solutions worldwide, enabling first responders to train safely and realistically. This way, we support fire departments, defense organizations, emergency response teams, and industrial companies to be prepared for emergencies. In addition, we sell PPE (firefighting gear).
This product group is relatively new within LION EMEA. That means: plenty of room for growth, development, and your own personal mark. You’ll have the opportunity to firmly position and expand this market – a challenge that is both strategically and commercially interesting. The PPE team currently consists of a Category Sales Manager (your supervisor), a Product Manager, and two Inside Sales Account Managers.

Your Role as International Account Manager PPE
In this role, you are the commercial point of contact for our international customers within the PPE product group. You will:
- Identify market trends and discover new opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by acting quickly and solution-oriented.
You will work with clear sales plans, keep track of your results in Salesforce, and actively take steps to attract new customers and dealers. With convincing product presentations – at the customer’s location or at ours – you know how to close deals and strengthen our market position.
Your Responsibilities
- Selling PPE to new (international) customers;
- Preparing and executing sales plans;
- Actively recruiting new dealers and supporting existing ones;
- Organizing and delivering product presentations;
- Reporting sales results in Salesforce.

We Are Looking for You If You:
- Have strong commercial drive and experience in international sales;
- Preferably have knowledge of the firefighting world, public safety, or PPE;
- Are proactive in spotting and seizing opportunities;
- Understand sales to both end users and through dealer networks;
- Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably another language such as French or German;
- Are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
