Purpose of the job
As an IT Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for employees with IT-related issues. You’ll provide support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring that new colleagues are set up with fully functioning workstations. You’ll handle software installations, perform updates, and assist with maintaining IT infrastructure. You work in a structured and precise manner, documenting solutions and ensuring continuity in support processes.
Profile
Minimum Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in an MBO Level 4 program (preferably in IT, such as system/network support or IT administration)
Experience: Not required
Specific knowledge: Not required
Desired Skills and Competencies
Familiarity with Windows and Office 365
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Good communication skills (preferably in Dutch, but English is acceptable)
A precise and structured working style
