About the Role
As an Omni-Channel Business Analyst Intern, you’ll support our Ecommerce and Omnichannel teams in driving data-informed decisions across our digital, marketplace and retail channels. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, contributing to real business impact.
A major focus of your internship will be supporting our budget planning and year-end closing processes. You’ll be deeply involved in financial modeling, dashboard updates, and performance reporting. We’re looking for someone with advanced Excel skills, strong experience with Power Query, and the ability to automate and model large datasets. While an understanding of financial principles and P&L (Profit & Loss) statements would be a big plus, strong skills in dashboarding and data analysis are especially important for this role.
What will you do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, IT, Merchandise, Finance, and Third Parties) to align data insights with business goals.
Assist in translating Ecommerce operational data into actionable strategies and performance improvements.
Support budgeting, year-end closing, and cost control processes for Ecommerce and Omni-Channel operations.
Update dashboards and reporting tools to reflect new KPIs and commercial targets.
Help set new targets and KPIs for the upcoming fiscal period.
Forecast outbound and inbound shipments to ensure warehouse capacity planning aligns with demand.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards (SAC, Looker, Tableau) to monitor KPIs and commercial performance.
Participate in automating reporting processes to improve data quality and reduce manual workload.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Support performance reporting across Ecommerce and Omni-Channel initiatives.
About you!
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and Ecommerce.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or SAC) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power Query, SQL or Python is a bonus.
Solid understanding of finance and P&L statements.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
