As an IT Project Lead, you are responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of IT projects that contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation. You lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. You act as the connecting link between various teams and departments. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
Lieke Witte: As a project manager, I work with a lot of different colleagues and departments, depending on the project. No day is the same!
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate project status and insights to stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
You’d describe yourself as follows:
- Proven experience in managing IT projects end-to-end using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
- A monthly salary indication between €4.700,- and €6.450,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.
