Purpose of the job
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project records, including issue logs, risk registers, and change control records.
- Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Timeline and Tracker Updates: Ensuring that project timelines and progress trackers are up-to-date and accurate.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate project reports on time.
- Budget Monitoring: Supporting the project manager in tracking project expenses and budget adherence.
- Communication and Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for the project team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Process Adherence: Ensuring that project activities are carried out according to established processes and standards.
Profile
- 5 years of experience
- Communication (English) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Available immediatly until end of January
- Able to travel to the office in Delft and warehouse in Tilburg
Benefits
