For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands.
What you’ll be doing
Take ownership of keeping our financial records and reports accurate, clear, and up to date
Manage both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes end-to-end — from precise invoicing to timely payments — in a hands-on, detail-driven role
Partner with our accounting team to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts that guide key business decisions
Support audits and ensure we stay fully compliant with financial regulations and best practices
Keep our financial documents well-organized, ensuring the general ledger is always reliable
Provide proactive administrative and operational support to colleagues across ADC
Spot opportunities to improve accounting processes — and bring forward innovative solutions
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing global Finance team committed to excellence
Help document and present financial data in a clear, compelling way for internal and external stakeholders
Utilise our softwares: Microsoft Business Central, Pleo, TimeChimp, Operating
What you’ll bring to the team
A finished bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1.5–3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or similar role (professional services or consultancy experience is a plus)
Proficiency with accounting software for data entry, invoicing, and financial tracking
Solid Excel skills (formulas, basic data analysis, and generating reports)
A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities smoothly
Clear and confident communication skills — with colleagues, vendors, and clients alike
Great time management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
