At Peddler, we focus on making cities more sustainable through fast, smart, and efficient last-mile delivery. By partnering with over 500 local stores on our platform, we strengthen local retailers in our cities and connect them to the consumer demand using innovative technologies. This role requires availability on Saturdays.
What you'll do
Developing and optimizing delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
Monitoring the daily live operation to ensure smooth package transfer and deliveries, problem-solving issues and last-minute challenges as they arise.
Communicating with teams in different cities to coordinate and resolve routing and package issues.
Acting as shift lead on Saturdays: monitoring external partner logistics and delivery on Saturdays, being the first point of contact for the operational team.
Requirements
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
0 - 2 years of experience.
You have great spatial awareness and can visualize routes easily.
You are excellent at prioritizing tasks and can make impactful decisions quickly.
You are a great communicator. This role requires you to be in constant communication with multiple teams in multiple cities, both in Dutch and in English.
You are empathetic but realistic.
You are a problem solver and multi-tasker: proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to tackle operational challenges.
You are available at least 24h/week.
This is an onsite role.
You can work at least every other Saturday.
