Your superpowers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field
- 0-3 years of recruitment experience in tech, analytics, or high paced entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English, German language preferred as well
- A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
