The role:
As a Junior Research Executive at Kantar, you’ll leverage our brand expertise to provide business insights that matter to clients. You will translate data into compelling stories, manage project activities, and nurture relationships with our clients through day-to-day interaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about brands and wants to further develop their research and client management skills. You will be part of an enthusiastic team and work closely with our brand experts and other departments at Kantar, both locally and internationally.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for the client for your projects.
- Translate business issues into a fitting research approach.
- Set up quantitative research with support from internal and external project managers.
- Monitor the overall project and respond adequately to ad hoc requests.
- Analyse and interpret the research results and convert them into strategic advice.
- Present the results to the client and make an impact with our insights.
- Monitor the financial / commercial results of your projects and adjust them where needed.
- Establish a relationship with the client through daily interaction and recognize opportunities where Kantar can further support the client.
The skills & experience you’ll need:
- You have a relevant bachelor's/master's degree.
- You already have some work experience in the field of market research.
- You enjoy helping clients and you have a genuine interest in helping large organisations become more customer focused.
- You like numbers and you enjoy analysing data to gain insights.
- You have excellent presentation skills.
- You are proficient in English (as well as Dutch).
