Our Sales team is growing and we are looking for our new
Key Account Manager located in the Netherlands
As our new Key Account Manager in the Netherlands, you have a unique opportunity to help establish Nordberg Medical’s presence in the territory. You will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE™ and maintaining relationships with targeted accounts in the assigned territory. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Operations (Central Europe), you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (primarily healthcare professionals). Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product and technical support to customers.
You will mostly work on:
- Promote and sell aesthetic products to physicians through face-to-face engagement, tailored messaging, and impactful sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by supporting both business and scientific needs, while developing product advocates and identifying new account opportunities.
- Drive territory growth by managing leads, assessing new business opportunities, and tracking performance against KPIs through updated customer plans and forecasts.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with marketing on materials and initiatives.
- Support training events, attend relevant conferences, and contribute to special projects and timely reporting as required.
What you bring to this role:
This role will be field-based and regular attendance for group meetings is required. The position will be full-time permanent employment.
Required qualifications:
- Sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, experience in the aesthetic or dermatology fields will be advantageous.
- A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and working proficiency in English.
Personality:
- Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and with a will to succeed.
- Strong team player with an ability to collaborate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of working in cross-functional teams with ability to influence and collaborate.
