Job Summary
You lead your disciplinary team within Powder Operations. Your main goal is to ensure the team operates effectively, with the right skills and capacity to deliver high-quality results.
What you will do
- Improve teamwork to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to finalize customer quotations during the pre-project phase.
- Lead, coach, and support team members.
- Conduct goalsetting, progress reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Support development of team members’ knowledge, skills, and behavior.
- Plan and organize team activities, including short- and long-term workforce planning.
- Assign staff to projects and activities (including the Product Creation and the Product Lifetime Cycle (PLC) tasks).
- Arrange temporary external staff when needed, in coordination with Supply Management and the Engineering Manager.
- Participate in the Extended Management team meetings on Strategy, Quality and issues resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as time tracking and absence registration.
Leadership
Manages and coaches the team and is responsible for performance evaluations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Works closely with team members and other colleagues on coaching, planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinates with other team leaders to ensure consistent processes and tools.
- Collaborates with colleagues across the business unit and other departments to optimize resources and workflows.
- Experience in leading teams is seen as an advantage.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required.
We believe you have
- More than 6 years of professional experience knowledge of Tetra Pak standards, products, portfolio and applications.
- Technical background in the respective area Team coordination or project coordination experience
