As Manager L&D for the Mobilae Knowledge Center (MKC), you will take the lead in shaping, coordinating, and optimizing all learning and development initiatives across Mobilae. With a focus on accessible, efficient, and impactful learning, you will ensure employees across Europe have the right knowledge, skills, and work tools to succeed.
A key part of your role is to develop the total knowledge and sales skill level of all employees, ensuring our teams can serve seniors better and contribute to Mobilae’s growth strategy in a growing market. You will make maximum use of digitalization, automation, and AI-driven tools to deliver modern, effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and assess requests for education, training, information, and work- & knowledge tools, aligning them with company priorities.
- Lead, coach, and manage the MKC team, prioritizing and coordinating projects in line with business goals.
- Monitor the impact of MKC deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and coach individual team members through regular check-ins and one-on-one sessions.
- Develop and enhance the Knowledge Base (SharePoint) and OneDrive structure in collaboration with ICT.
- Actively contribute as a POM (Propositions of Mobilae) member, identifying opportunities and challenges to strengthen our value propositions.
- Support international projects such as sales launches, onboarding programs, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HRM, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in training management, L&D coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint and AI integrations such as Copilot).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (TalentLMS, Articulate 360).
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a small team.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Languages: Professional English (knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus).
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
