Inviting applications for the role of Manufacturing Support –Process Associate –English- On site Hoofddorp
In this role person will be in coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods, ensuring timely tracking, documentation, and compliance with international shipping regulations. This position supports logistics operations through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintains accurate records of material movements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers in shipment and receipt of materials and supplies.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Experience with customs and international shipping regulations.
- Cooperation and collaboration with supporting departments
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications- Relevant years of relevant experience with warehouse management systems for order processing, scanning and tracking.
- Shop floor experience in packaging and materials handling.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good communication in English.
- Competence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good to have a forklift experience.
- Good to have basic knowledge on Oracle ERP
