About the role
As our Operations & Office Coordinator, you are the right hand of the Operations Manager and the owner of office management. You are the driving force behind smooth daily operations and the go-to person for both practical and organizational matters. You’ll make sure meetings are scheduled, notes are taken, action points are followed up, and the office runs like a well-oiled machine. On top of that, you’ll help create content for our website and social media channels, keeping everything organized, structured, and moving efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Handle daily office management: answer phones, welcome visitors, maintain a tidy, functional and well-stocked workplace.
- Support the Operations Manager with operational and administrative tasks.
- Schedule, document, and follow up on internal meetings; track action points.
- Coordinate small projects and recurring operational tasks.
- Act as service desk coordinator: monitor tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in projects with client communications.
- Plan, create, and publish content for our website and social media.
- Organize team routines, celebrations, and seasonal office decorations.

Requirements / Function Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is a pre.
- Social, positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a service-oriented approach.
