Join CellMark Recycling as an Order & Logistics Coordinator
At CellMark Recycling, we are passionate about creating sustainable value by connecting supply and demand across the globe. As part of our Recycling Europe – Sales Services Team, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Do
As OLC, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and timely order-to-shipment processes.
You’ll:
- Manage supplier/customer portfolios, acting as their main point of contact for all logistics-related matters
- Select optimal domestic transport solutions.
- Maintain accurate data in our systems and proactively communicate booking updates.
- Resolve discrepancies in supplier and freight invoices.
- Monitor and escalate deviations to ensure service excellence.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong logistics know-how.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, quality-focused mindset.
- Proficiency German language is an advantage
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel & Teams) and ERP tools is a plus.
- A customer-centric, collaborative, and autonomous work style.
