Role Overview
We’re hiring a Partner Success Manager to own success for both our top clients and critical onramp partners. This role is central to Onramper’s continued growth: you’ll safeguard and expand our highest-value accounts, drive adoption of our suite of products, ensure fast and seamless onboarding, and proactively optimize flows with our onramp partners.
You’ll act as the strategic bridge between our clients, partners, and our internal Product, Engineering, and Data teams — ensuring every partnership translates into growth, retention, and measurable impact.

Maximize growth and retention across Onramper’s top accounts.
Accelerate product adoption by ensuring multi-product usage.
Drive operational excellence by onboarding new high-value clients on time and fully satisfied.
Influence scalability by establishing repeatable success and upsell processes.
Champion improvement by optimizing onramp flows and sharing actionable insights cross-functionally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Actively own and manage top client accounts, driving revenue expansion, upsells, and overall success.
Manage relationships with leading onramp partners, ensuring performance, and continuous improvements.
Build and execute Account Plans — facilitating growth, renewal, and integrated success strategies.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing partner communications.
Deliver data-driven insights and reports on adoption, performance, and opportunities.
Champion cross-functional collaboration — working closely with Product, Data, BizDev, and Engineering to translate partner needs into product improvements.
Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene ensuring visibility, accountability, and reporting.
Who You Are
Experienced: 4+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Partnerships within fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
Communicator: Native-level English (written & spoken), able to engage and influence at all organizational levels and across cultures.
Growth-Oriented: Proven track record of upselling & cross-selling, demonstrated NRR growth.
Autonomous & Accountable: Comfortable owning high-value global accounts end-to-end.
Cross-Functional: Effective collaborator with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams.
Data-Driven: Fluency in CRM (Hubspot preferred), reporting and KPI-led decision making.
Customer Strategist: Skilled in onboarding, QBRs, account planning, and scaling processes.
