As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a sharp and trusted Personal Assistant to become the right hand of our CEO and the Management Team. This is not a classic admin role, it’s a strategic support function for someone who thrives on anticipation, can build strong working relationships. You’ll work closely with the Management Team daily, making sure time, energy, and attention are used where they matter most. From daily scheduling and travel to preparing presentations or creating internal structure, you’ll help keep the leadership rhythm smooth and focused.

From our base in the Netherlands – a global hub for high-tech innovation and maritime expertise – we are on a mission to make the world safer by protecting critical infrastructure such as sea-lanes, offshore energy assets and subsea cables from disruption. What You'll Be Doing:
Take ownership of the CEO and MT’s schedule, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, preparation materials, and key priorities.
Organize business travel, event attendance, and executive logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication. Screen calls, emails and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate internal leadership routines, including strategic offsites and follow-ups.
Build a strong, seamless working relationship based on trust, clarity, and pace.
Prepare high-quality presentations (in PowerPoint or Canva) for internal use.
Help the CEO translate ideas into clear visuals and narratives for the team.
Take care of practical details that support the flow of the day before, during, and after meetings.
Occasionally help coordinate team moments, lunches, or events that require a thoughtful touch.
Has a sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously — but takes the work seriously.

About You:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a high-trust support role (PA/EA or similar).
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment (VC backed).
Skilled at managing expectations, setting the right priorities, and taking initiative when decisions are needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills: you naturally build strong, trusted relationships.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Skilled with scheduling tools, PowerPoint, Canva, and digital collaboration platforms.
You enjoy being present in the office most days to stay connected and involved.
