What You’ll Do
✔ Track project activities, orders, and milestones, keeping everything aligned and updated
✔ Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
✔ Support budget tracking and project planning alongside finance and management teams
✔ Help define manpower needs and assist with onboarding project team members
✔ Act as the communication bridge between project leaders, team members, and external partners
✔ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events to keep the team in sync
✔ Provide day-to-day administrative support and improve processes to make the team more efficient
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and Ukrainian (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana is a plus
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
