What are your primary tasks and responsibilities?
- Manage front desk operations including managing calls, mail, and room bookings as well as hospitality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and meeting rooms.
- Support with requested scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination or event organizing and office support to departments on filing and other admin support
- Oversee office supply management, IT support coordination, and office equipment maintenance.
- Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and service standards in all interactions.
- Coordinate office facility matters (e.g., catering, cleaning, security and access control, kitchen, office repairs, coordination and raising issues to building facilities, audio visual equipment handling).
· Ensure the administration for budgeting, petty cash, health and safety training, risk identification and mitigation, and process improvements across admin and facility functions.
· Ensure that, as the point of contact for IT support comply with the company’s processes and requirements.
