As the Sales Manager of NX Filtration you will start to further expand in the USA and Canada and work closely with NX Filtration’s sales support department and other regional sales managers. You will report directly to the Country Manager Northern America and will be joining an international, forward thinking and dynamic environment, where continuous development is key.

How can you contribute?
The purpose of the role is to manage and expand existing sales activities, finding new leads and develop lasting relationships with NX Filtration customers and stakeholders within the water segment. The job includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
Acquire new customers based within industrial, water related OEM partners to drive business growth in the USA and Canada;
Relation management of existing clients;
Give insights into new market opportunities and create subsequent sales models based on the local market regulations;
Build strategic relationships with, OEM partners, agents, consultants and other key stakeholders;
Provide technical support to their key stakeholders;
Visit and participate at (international) exhibitions.
Who are you?
Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in process engineering or a similar field;
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the water treatment and/or (membrane) filtration in a similar international sales role, preferable with experience within the industrial and preferable the municipal market;
Familiar with managing customers, clients, prospects and business development via agents and OEM partners;
Proven track record in selling high-value products, result driven (hunter), self-starter and independent;
Strong and convincing communication skills;
English. Any additional language is an advantage;
Willingness to travel.
