I joined WeTravel with the mission of building a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious Sales team across Europe. Right now, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can help us scale our Amsterdam-based team and lead from the front.

How We Work
At WeTravel, Sales is a full-cycle, consultative, and value-based function.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll report to me (Director of Sales – EMEA) and be responsible for building, coaching, and inspiring a team of Account Executives focused on new client acquisition. You’ll spend ~80% of your time mentoring and enabling your team — and the rest jumping in as a player/coach when needed, especially during your ramp-up.
We’re a hybrid team based in Amsterdam — spending at least 3 days a week together in our beautiful new office near ROKIN (yes, we have a rooftop ). We move fast, celebrate wins, give feedback early, and support each other fiercely.
Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply
You should apply if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within the SMB/SME segment
Have led sales teams with a strong focus on coaching and development
Are hands-on and energized by a player/coach role
Are comfortable with cold calling, full-cycle sales, and outbound prospecting
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, peers, and leadership
Have experience using and optimizing HubSpot or Salesforce
Bring industry know-how from SaaS, fintech, or travel
Are fluent in English
You might not be the right fit if you:
Prefer leading from the sidelines instead of being involved in day-to-day sales
Need highly structured environments or micromanagement
Are uncomfortable with outbound sales and client-facing presentations
Lack experience building and enabling high-performing sales teams
On a Weekly Basis, You’ll:
Coach and support your team in reaching their targets
Prospect and conduct product demos in a player/coach capacity
Ensure team adherence to our proven sales process
Accurately forecast pipeline and report on team performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering
Represent WeTravel in virtual sales meetings and at industry events
Share insights from the field to help shape product and GTM strategy
Benefits
Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Full-time Salary is €70,000 (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = €100,000)
