Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-tobe-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

Job Description
This role is based in Amsterdam, NL Office
We need a Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist to manage our sales tools, improve business processes, and create better customer experiences.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Management
- Manage Salesforce CRM and sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP)
- Update systems with sales contracts
- Configure products including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings
Expert Support
- Help sales teams with contract validation and invoicing issues
- Update event floorplans
- Connect Customer Service and Event Operations teams
- Ensure smooth customer handovers after sales
Sales Activities
- Support pre-show and onsite rebook efforts
- Keep sales figures accurate across all systems
- Prepare reports and forecasts for budget meetings
- Create presentations for strategy discussions

Required Skills
- Proactive problem-solving for internal customers
- Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM

- Advanced Excel skills

- Previous Salesforce CRM work
- Background in B2B or B2C events industry
