As our Sales Support and Contract Coordinator for the Netherlands and Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales teams by managing public (supply) tenders and contracts from start to finish. You’ll join a culture fuelled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference. You’ll work closely with your colleagues and interact with various departments, but you will also be the go-to person for your region — offering you a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into our accounts, processes and systems.

Our diverse and international Tender & Contracts Department is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Tender & Contracts Coordinator and reports to the Team Leader Tender & Contract.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full tender process: from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting documentation, often over 4–6 weeks for larger tenders.- Manage active contracts and awarded tenders, including usage reporting and data analysis in Excel.
Act as the key liaison between Sales, Legal, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely contract administration.- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Interpret complex documents and translate them into actionable steps.
- Proactively flag obstacles and suggest solutions to improve processes.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a sales support, administrative, contract management, procurement, or a customer service function
- Proficiency in calculation with Excel
- Near-native level in Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with French is a plus
- Permanent employment contract
