Job Description
We are currently looking for a experienced Programme Manager / PMO lead to join our business in the Netherlands, working on exciting project with our leading global clients. Apart from this project you will get the chance to work on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally. Our projects are iconic, international and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace.
You will have experience of working on transformation programmes and/or project management office (PMO) and have the desire to grow within a fast-paced, external-facing and innovative environment.
As a Programme Manager / PMO-lead your you will be:
- Setting up, executing, and leading a programme- or PMO, including but not limited to
- Governance
- Project management processes and procedures
- Project Management assurance procedures
- Client reporting processes and tools
- Assuring compliance on all the projects within the programme or PMO.
- Be the first of contact for the client and responsible for management of client relationship and related commission outputs and deliverable management.
- Responsible for driving consistency, improvement, and transformation in service delivery across the region and the objectives and KPI’s are met.
- Driving data led analysis of the program performance and lessons learned and set up and embed plans of actions to unlock value improvements.
- Engaging with the multi-disciplinary local teams in the region (EMEA) or other continents at both client side and within Turner & Townsend, depending on the set-up of the Program or the PMO.
- Manage the commission internally (pipeline of work, changes forecasting, baseline, information management) and the Turner & Townsend project team and advise on strategic level on progress and commercials.
Qualifications
- 7 + years relevant experience in programme management and/or Project Management Offices.
- Project management experience.
- Real Estate construction experience.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing a team and ability to set priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
- Dutch language preferred.
