TUI BLUE Curaçao is a new all-inclusive hotel resort located at the Bay Santa Martha in Curaçao. The resort will open with 300 rooms and will extend with an additional 100 room extension. It will open with three restaurants, and several other leisure facilities. The construction has already started; the hotel will open in the first quarter of 2026.
Join as Spa Manager where you will oversees all aspects of Spa operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable business. This includes managing staff, handling finances, maintaining the facility, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Also responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Responsible of the efficient operation of the spa. In the event of guest complaints, will effectively carry out service recovery to insure guests satisfaction.

- Knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the Spa including type of treatments and services available as well as their selling status, and benefits of all package’s plans, wellness plans and special promotions.
- Oversee the management of guest history and profiles.
- Conduct site inspection and ensure all details in place ready for daily operations.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
- Oversee shift transitions, staff allocation, and service readiness
- Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Conduct facility inspections and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in similar role in luxury Spa for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.
