Role summary
As a Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for the material availability and capacity planning in the Pump seal manufacturing facility in Etten-Leur, The Netherlands as well as for our manufacturing facility in Olomouc, Czech Republic. With these facilities we support our customers and QRCs in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMA). You will report to the Supervisor Supply Chain Planning for seal manufacturing operations.
Your Role:
Correct requisitioning of buy parts and raw materials.
Ensure correct execution of planning processes for seals and systems in Etten-Leur, including exceptions handling, all within the ERP system SAP S4 Hana.
Control the stock availability and support the customer service departments in case of planning disruptions.
Support improvement projects based on the Plant strategic level mainly focused on improving the supply chain.
Objectives will be focused on on-time-delivery, minimizing lateness on customer orders and promised delivery dates.
Furthermore, as a Supply Chain Planner you will support actively in further improving planning related processes, procedures, systems.
Your Profile:
A bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data science or Supply chain management).
Good Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and different planning methods, preferably in SAP.
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Microsoft Excel are preferable.
Team-player, with well-developed interpersonal and social skills.
Pro-active in resolving supply chain related challenges.
Strong analytical and accurate data processing.
Python (Machine learning & AI) skill is a plus.
