You help Shipcloud onboard new customers faster and more satisfactorily by optimizing implementation processes, deploying the right tools, and managing all involved stakeholders.
Your Impact
You optimize and accelerate customer implementation, directly resulting in greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You play a key role in defining the strategy for implementing new customers and adding new services for existing customers within Shipcloud.
You take the lead in further improving communication through the right tools, leading to higher stakeholder satisfaction.
You guide the Business Implementation Team through all improvements and act as a mentor, ensuring the team grows and performance improves.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, define, and monitor standard processes and milestones for onboarding new customers and implementing new services for existing customers.
Ensure promised deadlines during implementation are met.
Establish and monitor an effective stakeholder management process.
Optimize communication processes during every stage of implementation.
Create and update implementation blueprints, including checklists and communication matrices.
Safeguard scope and resources.
Align and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer expectations are delivered.
Guarantee seamless integration of all internal processes during implementations.
Lead large-scale, long-term implementations.
Your Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Project Engineer.
5+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
3+ years of experience in Parcel Logistics, Warehousing, or the 3PL sector.
Bachelor’s or Master’s working and thinking level.
Excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English; German or Spanish is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of implementation processes, warehouse operations, and carrier integrations.
Experience with integrating WMS and TMS systems.
You speak the language of efficiency, automation, and operational reliability.
You ensure that dependent people or departments deliver on time.
You work process-oriented, structured, and with a customer-focused mindset.
