About the vacancy
As a Treasury Accountant, you will be a member of a small, but highly qualified and experienced Treasury/Insurance team in a dynamic and international business environment. The team has a proactive and integrated role in the NewCold business. Its main objective is managing the overall Treasury area of the organization ranging from operations to projects.
Your responsibilities will be a broad range of activities, you will be able to work independently and report to the Hiring Manager. You will advise the Treasury/Finance Department and the NewCold business on all Treasury related matters, with a special focus on KYC processes, covenant reporting and compliance. This in close cooperation with NewCold’s internal departments such as Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax and other stakeholders also outside the organization (banks, Private Equity Investors, …).
What will you do?
- Manage KYC processes related to bank account opening and yearly bank reviews
- Manage KYC processes related to financings and (external) audits
- Capture Covenant reporting within the Group
- Capture Inhouse Bank transactions
- Ensure compliance with all Treasury / Insurance policies and procedures
- Manage other related products such bank guarantees and credit card programs
- Preparing periodical management information, e.g. reconciliation of funding of projects, funding of acquisitions and land plot funding
- Supporting the Insurance function
- Keep up with the latest internal and external developments
