Position Overview:
We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as
Service and Host/Hostess staff. You’ll be the face of The Butcher Social Club—creating a warm welcome for guests, ensuring seamless service, and helping keep the vibrant energy our customers love.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our burgers, salads, and cocktails.
- Support an energetic, upbeat environment during live music nights and events.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who thrives in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts, especially during live events.
