This is what you're going to do
You will be responsible for the overall success and smooth running of the F&B department including the subdepartments breakfast, banqueting, the minibar and our bar: Bar Claes.
You will be responsible to inspire the team to provide a courteous, professional and heartfelt service in order to create memorable guest experiences in the different F&B subdepartments.
You will maximize the effectiveness of team members in close cooperation with the F&B Manager by developing each of their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching, mentoring and supporting them in their professional development goals;
You will be securing the F&B complies with all regulations, including sanitation and safety guidelines.
You will take care of administrative related tasks that are required.
- please note that restaurant MOMO, located in our building, is not part of Park Centraal Amsterdam’s F&B department and therefore has its own, separate, kitchen team.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the F&B industry. We expect you to have relevant knowledge of securing the F&B complies with all regulations, including sanitation and safety guidelines. You also speak and write fluently in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team. You are flexible to work between 06:00 in the morning and 00:30.
