The Role Account Executive (Mid-Market & Enterprise):
Youll own the full sales cycle from first contact to close targeting HR and recruitment leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Youll:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles with an average deal size of 25K
- Run consultative discovery calls and product demos that match client needs to our solutions
- Collaborate closely with BDRs and marketing to build a strong, high-quality pipeline
- Work alongside leadership on strategic sales planning and market expansion
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of closing experience in a SaaS start- or scale-up
- A strong sales track record and a true hunter mentality
- Native-level Dutch and excellent communication skills
- Experience in HR-tech is a plus, but not required
