We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Operations Manager to join our EMEA Financial Services team to support finance partner and Captive credit operations across EMEA.
You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing lease and loan product applications while leading a team, overseeing regional credit operations, and collaborating with finance partners to define strategic roadmaps. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial products applications and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will drive process improvements, system integrations, and execution tracking to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate requires a dedicated team player who is familiar with business operations and possesses strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Pipeline Management: Monitor financing readiness, follow up with field teams and finance partners on missing applications/stipulations, and handle escalations
- Partner Performance Monitoring: Analyze financing metrics (application to decision cycle time, stipulations rate, etc.), collaborate with finance partners to define strategic roadmaps, and provide recommendations for process, policy, and system changes
- Process & System Improvements: Identify operational gaps, provide business requirements to IT and finance partners, and lead implementation of new features/enhancements
- Configurator & Programs Implementation: Maintain financial product pricing on configurator tools and implement sales programs
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Credit Operations Analysts, ensuring productivity, compliance, and professional development
- Regional Credit Operations Oversight: Monitor regional performance metrics, coordinate with Sales and Delivery leadership, and ensure adoption and enforcement of standard processes and tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Financial Services, and IT teams to resolve delays, align priorities, and optimize workflows
What You'll Bring
- A degree or equivalent in experience and/or a proven track record in credit operations, team leadership, and operations management
- Experience in process improvement, system automation, and reporting tools
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience operating autonomously and forming strong working relationships across multiple multi-disciplinary teams, including team management and regional coordination
- Excellent communication skills, with business level fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
- Self-starter who can handle multiple projects with competing priorities with minimal direction
- Proficiency in data analytics is preferred
