MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire all F&B departments, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members
- Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service
- Act as a visible host during service; handle guest feedback with
- professionalism
- Oversee financial accuracy, including POS checks (Untill) and room charge
- allocations
- Manage reservations and guest flow via SevenRooms
- Conduct operational quality checks across all outlets
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up on handovers
- Lead weekly F&B management meetings
- Optimize guest experience, service levels, and operational processes
- Oversee weddings, private dining, and high-end events
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory with the Purchasing team
- Uphold hygiene, service, and presentation standards
- Support marketing and guest experience initiatives
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor-level thinking and working proficiency (HBO level)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-end F&B leadership roles
- Charismatic and confident communicator
- Strong financial acumen and experience with reporting
- Solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and guest-focused
- Professional appearance, decisive, and adaptable
- Natural leader who leads by example and inspires others
- Experience with systems such as Untill and SevenRooms
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus
