Join our Global Assortment team and play a central role in shaping how Rituals brings its products to the world. From defining our assortment and distribution framework to ensuring our innovations launch with impact, you’ll connect brand strategy, commercial priorities, and operational excellence.
As Global Assortment Manager, you translate strategic assortment and innovation objectives into actionable plans. You will design governance structures, guide distribution strategies, and ensure our assortment data is managed efficiently and transparently. Your work will help us reduce complexity, improve performance, and deliver consistent, high-quality assortments that inspire customers and deliver measurable results across all channels.
In this role, you will:
Define and implement global assortment and distribution guidelines by region and channel, acting as a brand guardian while balancing local market needs.
Translate the innovation vision and commercial priorities into a clear NPD year plan and distribution roadmap, managing requests from regions and aligning with the Innovation Category team.
Drive assortment transparency through structured data, reporting, and optimized tooling, in close collaboration with the Innovation Data team.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams including Format & Design, Commercial, and Innovation to deliver seamless launches and assortment expansions.
Manage global and regional projects to enhance assortment effectiveness, reduce complexity, and tailor distribution to local market dynamics.
Conduct annual reviews of the global assortment and distribution matrix, using cross-regional analysis to drive portfolio improvements and tangible business impact.

Your experience and skills include:
Proven experience in project or program management within a global, multi-channel consumer goods environment.
Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable assortment and distribution plans.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and alignment across diverse functions and geographies.
Confident communicator who can make complex decisions and frameworks clear and compelling.
Analytical and data-driven, with a track record in process optimization, data governance, and risk reduction.
Resilient and accountable, able to adapt to changing circumstances while keeping progress on track and delivering results.
