SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER - GLOBAL CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager Consumer Engagement to join our procurement team and manage our newly created Consumer Engagement Categories (c. $130M). This category will cover Influencer Marketing, PR, Advocacy, Loyalty programs and Consumer Relationship Management.
The landscape of Consumer Engagement is changing at high pace and the categories you'll manage play a crucial role in shaping “tomorrow’s Advertising & Content”. Within your assignment, you’ll leverage your expertise, ownership mindset, curiosity and can-do attitude to ensure we partner with the right talents and service providers to bring our brand to life in meaningful, efficient & effective ways.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will see you building a fit-for-purpose, agile supply for the Category to deliver sustainable savings, innovation, ROI and de-risk the practice to support growth and the overall Coty strategy.
You will need to be comfortable with informal leadership to influence and onboard a large spectrum of stakeholders.
You will lead change by effective procurement leadership and close relationships with your galaxy of key stakeholders across the globe:
- Leadership team (SVP and VPs marketing),
- Marketing Directors & Managers,
- Sales & E-commerce teams.
Reporting to the Global Senior Director Advertising & Content, you will:
- Develop a robust Consumer Engagement Categories Strategy aligned with key internal stakeholders, leveraging industry dynamics and suppliers,
- Deliver end-to-end and sustainable value creation,
- Drive cost-efficiency through robust negotiations, process improvements, while ensuring transparency and compliance in contract management
- Be an ambassador of financial discipline with a commitment to creative excellence
- Act as a change agent
- Develop strong supplier relationships to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Profile and education:
- Meaningful experience in Marketing Procurement, at least 7 years,
- Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization,
- Degree qualified preferably in Procurement, Marketing, Business or other relevant, discipline. MBA advantageous,
- High degree of fluency of English is required.

- Robust leadership skills, manage cross-continent teams and stakeholders,
- Proven influencing, negotiation, communication and presentation skills,
- Result oriented, hands-on individual with solid track record,
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities,
- Business acumen and interpersonal savvy,
- Strong understanding of Marketing Categories,
- Mobility for travelling (ca. 25% of working time).
