We are looking for a communicative and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, reporting to the Director Legal and Ethics & Compliance (E&C). In this role, you will support the delivery of key Legal and E&C projects and contribute to functional excellence and process standardization across our company, which employees 11,000 employees in more than 40 countries.
As Project Manager in the legal and E&C team, you will support the delivery of both large-scale and smaller strategic initiatives that enhance our global Legal operations and E&C program. You will play an important role in project delivery and will directly contribute to Nutreco’s commitment to integrity and innovation.
About The Role
Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, coordination, reporting, and budgeting of Legal and E&C projects. Examples of projects are:
Implementation and maintainance of the Contract Lifecycle Management software, a LegalTech product used by the company.
Implementation of new E&C procedures around the topic of Trade Associations.
Organizing a company-wide Soft Controls survey.
Share best practices, including the utilization of available AI to optimize the work of the global Legal and E&C Team.
Support Legal and E&C Counsels across Nutreco’s business units, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree (Law or related field not required).
5–8 years of experience with project management, (legal) operations, IT systems and/or change management.
Fluency in English.
Proven ability to manage projects. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient in managing shifting priorities.
Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly.
